Lotte was born July 22, 2024 as a result of a union between her dam, Lulu, and her Sire, Black Rock. Lotte has beautiful dark fawn fiber with black tipe on her nose and ears. She is very curious and loves to initiate play with her aunties.

Rocky Road is an absolutely gorgeous Harlequin alpaca, with a sweet personality to boot! He was his first Color Championship in Pennsylvania in the Spring of 2026. He will be standing stud at Harvard Alpaca Ranch starting in 2027 (hopefully). Contact us to get on his dance card.

Gloria arrived to Harvard Alpaca Ranch in the fall of 2023, originally as a boarder. When her owner's circumstances changed, she became a full-time, permanent resident. Gloria is a real sweetheart and regularly lays down and patiently takes human affection.
Dam: CCNF Silken Fire
Luna was our first cria born 2021, on May 26th to Silken Fire. Her sire is Ivanhoe, making her the sister of Summer Rain, Liberty Belle, and Lulu. Not surprisingly, based on the quality of her parents, she has lovely fiber, matching in color to her half-brother, Regalo. Luna is eligible for our Adopt-An-Alpaca Program.
Tess is one of three alpacas who came to us in July of 2017 from Tuscany Valley Alpaca Farm in Baskerville, Virginia. She is a beautiful dark silver gray alpaca with outstanding genetics. Her sire is Emerald Farm's Orlando Cloud, a former gray color reserve champion. Teresa's birthday is May 21, 2012 and is the half-sister of Isabella. In September of 2017, Tess was sold to her new owners, Dick & Joanne Bower. Tess will continue to live with our herd, as the Bowers are agisting Tess at H.A.R.
Lia is one of our dams who also comes from Northern Solstice Alpaca Farm. She is a light rose grey and was born July 4, 2010. Lia was bred to Ivanhoe and gave birth to Lulu in June of 2018 and has been an exceptional mama. Lia is very friendly and enjoys contact with people. She has been a farm favorite since her arrival in 2016. Lia is available for adoption in our Adopt-An-Alpaca Program.
Sumi is the leader of the girls, although she rarely strays far from her best friend and sister, Lia. Her color mixture is a medium brown and true black. She is also a seasoned momma, previously having three cria while at Northern Solstice. Her daughter, Adelaide lives with our friends at Blue Alpaca Ranch in Belfast, Maine. Sumi often prefers not to be approached by people, but she can be enticed to eat grain out of hand, when the mood suits her. Sumi was bred to a true black alpaca named Cooper in 2016 and gave birth to Nacho in July of 2017. Sumi is eligible for our Adopt-An-Alpaca Program and as an independent gal, she is best suited for a patient adult.
Ava has beautiful snow white fiber. Ava made a big impression with us when we were visiting Spudland that led us to making her part of our herd. While all the other girls left the barn, Ava hung out with us and enjoyed contact with people. Ava can be a little nervous on halter but is a true sweetheart once you get to know her.
Natalie is our fourth female eligible for breeding. Her big beautiful eyes match her gentle personality and inquisitive nature. This very special girl is light fawn in color with a birthday of June 18, 2011. She is already a seasoned momma having given birth to a medium fawn boy in 2014 and our first cria, Georgie, in July of 2017.
Sydney came with our second group of three alpacas that arrived in October of 2016. She is Leanne's half-sister and was born on August 6, 2011. Sydney has super fine fiber and lots of it. She loves her "nieces" Lulu and Libby and can often be found playing with them.
Leanne came with our second group of three alpacas that arrived in October of 2016. She is Sydney's half-sister and was born on June 1, 2010. She is an unproven female with beautiful white fiber and a friendly disposition. Her dad is a light fawn alpaca named Katahdin Ridge Fenway and her mom is a white alpaca named Peruvian Hera. Leanne can be a loner on occasion which a little unusual for alpacas, but she knows what she likes and sometimes that means having the barn to herself! Leanne is eligible for our Adopt-An-Alpaca Program.
Daltawa arrived to our farm in October of 2018 from Stillmeadow Farm in Connecticut. Dali is a big girl with a frame that holds an enormous amount of crimpy and soft fiber. She was born September 6, 2013 and is white in coloration. She has excellent genetics coming from Snowmass Elite Legend (sire) and AEA Deliliah (dam). Dali is owned by Rusty Varrell. Daltawa is eligible for our Adopt-An-Alpaca Program.
Fire arrived to our farm in October of 2018 from Stillmeadow Farm in Connecticut. Fire arrived on our farm with her cria, Regalo, at her side. Born on August 4, 2011, Fire has strikingly beautiful dark chocolate brown fiber that is exceptionally soft. Her outstanding genetics include CCNF Royal Ring of Fire (sire) and CCNF Andean Silk (dam). Fire is owned by Rusty Varrell.

Ivanhoe has incredibly dense and soft fleece, with outstanding staple length and crimp. In addition to his top-notch fiber and perfect conformation, his personality is sweet and gentle. This beautiful true black boy is a big healthy lad who has a habit of producing carbon copies of himself. Of his four offspring to date, three have been true black females. Come see him and his daughters for yourself at Harvard Alpaca Ranch.
Regalo arrived to our farm in October of 2018 from Stillmeadow Farm in Connecticut, along side his momma, Silken Fire. Regalo's birth date is July 2, 2018. He is showing very crimpy and soft, dark fawn fiber on his unusually small frame. What he lacks in size, Reggie makes up for in personality. In 2019, he won a Reserve Champion ribbon in the Walking Fleece category at the North American Alpaca Show. Regalo is owned by Rusty Varrell. Regalo sired his first offspring in 2025. He is proud sire of a beautiful rose grey girl named Comet.
Gelding (Male)
Erik is a great companion alpaca within our herd. He has beautiful two-toned fiber of dark fawn and white. He is from Spudland Alpaca Farm in Blaine, Maine. Erik produces huge quantities of super soft fiber as you can tell from his photo. He is a gelding and serves as an ambassador to visitors of our farm. Erik is a registered Pet Partners therapy alpaca and loves to visit hospitals, nursing homes, and schools. Send us an email to schedule a special visit by Erik to your facility.

Hazel was born on August 14, 2022 to Isabella and Ivanhoe. As such, she is the full sister to Liberty Belle. Similar to her big sister, her fiber is spectacular: dense, crimpy, long and luxurious. Hazel is eligible for adoption in our Adopt-An-Alpaca Program
Dam: Georgietta (aka, Georgie)
El has the distinction of being our very first "second generation" alpaca on our farm. Her mother, Georgie, was the very first alpaca born on our farm in 2017. El was born on June 30, 2022 and looks very much like her dad, Black Rock, and her half-sister, Cinder, with all three having beautiful true black coloration.
Pumpkin was another of the Phaneuf Alpacas that arrived in the fall of 2021. Her birthday is September 27, 2019 and she is the sister of Muffin. Pumpkin is a real sweetheart and will happily take treat from anyone! Pumpkin was purchased by Andi Grossman who agists her with the rest of her herd at HAR.
Muffin was another of the Phaneuf Alpacas that arrived in the fall of 2021. She was born on May 27, 2017 and she is the sister of Pumpkin. Pumpkin and Muffin look very similar, but Muffin has a white spot on her nose so we can tell them apart. Muffin was purchased by Andrea Grossman who agists her mini-herd at HAR.
Daisy Mae was the youngest of the herd that came to HAR in the fall of 2021. Her birthday is May 6, 2020. She has beautiful, snow white fiber. She is part of Andrea Grossman's agisted herd at HAR. She delivered her first cria, Bruno, in June of 2026. Daisy is not eligible for our Adopt-An-Alpaca Program.
Dam: Patriot Alpacas' Eternal Autumn
Born on our farm on July 6, 2021, Summer's mom is Autumn and her sire is our own Ivanhoe. Unfortunately, Summer lost her mom when she was just 2 months old. As a result, she got lots of special attention to make sure she got all the nutrition she needed when she was young. She is maturing into a beautiful, independent and friendly alpaca, Be careful when you visit, she will steal your heart. Summer Rain is one of our certified therapy alpacas! Summer is fully adopted out at this time. Sorry.
Dam: Outstanding Dreams Epiphany (aka, Piphy)
Cinder was born on farm from Piphy on July 6, 2021. She is the spitting image of her sire, Black Rock. Cinder is the first true black alpaca born on our farm and her fiber is spectacular. Cinder is recognizable by the absolute most fluffiest ears on the Ranch.
Dam: MAGIC'S RED VELVET
Rosie came to us from Outstanding Dreams Alpaca Farm in Maryland. She has a very unique personality, that match her unique look.
Coming from the same alpaca farm in Maryland as Rosie, joining us at Harvard Alpaca Ranch in May 2020. She was born on August 7, 2015. Her coloring is Medium Rose Grey primarily, with some carefully placed white splashes. Her beautiful eyes with long lashes are hypnotizing. An epiphany is by definition a sudden and striking realization, and you can see how her name applies. Although she can be rather shy, Piphy is eligible for our Adopt-An-Alpaca Program.
Isabella is another of the three alpacas who came to us from Tuscany Valley Alpaca Farm in July of 2017. Like her half-sister, Teresa Ann, she is a dark silver gray alpaca. Isabella arrived with her cria, Black Rock, alongside. Isabella presented us with the beautiful Liberty Belle in July of 2019. Isabella's birthday is May 20, 2013. She has a growing family tree on the Ranch! Isabella is eligible for our Adopt-An-Alpaca Program.
Libby was born on the 4th of July in 2019 to our own Isabella and Ivanhoe. She has absolutely spectacular fiber! She has unique markings on her face and unusual ice-blue eyes. Her color is light rose grey. Libby is eligible for our adoption program.
Dam: Northern Solstice Laelia (aka, Lia)
Lulu is the offspring of Lia and Ivanhoe, born June 22, 2018. She is an independent lady and welcomed her own cria, Lotte, in 2024. She has gorgeous, pure white fiber that has all the great qualities of her parents. If you ask her nicely, and point to your cheek, she might just give you a kiss!
Dam: Spudland’s Natalie
Georgie is a very special alpaca as she was he first cria to be born at Harvard Alpaca Ranch. She is the daughter of Natalie and her sire is N Solstice Space Cowboys Archimedes. Georgie was born on July 2, 2017 and has the same gentle disposition and beautiful light fawn fiber as her mother. Georgie loves to charm visitors with her enormous brown eyes and lovely, long eyelashes. Georgie is available for adoption in our Adopt-An-Alpaca Program.
A friendly gal who is the mom of Rocky Road. Her color is rather unremarkable, except for one black ear!
